Which products can't I return?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund within 14 days. Here at Next Day Care Supplies we have a 30 day No Quibble Guarantee.
Please note that you can’t return the following for health and hygiene reasons:
•    Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery, such as facemasks and personal care consumables
•    Any "used" or potentially used products that could be a hygiene risk (such as used toilet seats, mattresses, beds, commodes or bottom wipers).                                             •    A restocking fee may be applicable on healthcare equipment. 

 

When will I receive my refund? 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
